30ml HillTilly Espresso Coffee Vodka
30ml Sugar Syrup
Ice cubes
3 coffee beans
Method:
1) Pour the vodka and sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker and then half fill the shaker with ice cubes.
2) Put the other half of the shaker on top and shake vigorously. You want the ice to smash up while chilling the liquid down; its what creates the frothy top.
3) Once shaken, place the strainer on top of the shaker and pour contents into a martini glass through the strainer, being sure to add the rich, smooth froth on top.
4) Garnish with 3 coffee beans and attempt to contain your delight.
